The Cache is reasonably close to parking, but the terrain is uneven. The cache is not wheel chair accessible. Great place to take picture of Village of Eagle Nest, Baldy, Touch-Me-Not, and Wheeler Wilderness so bring your camera.
The Cache is traditional and is a 6" diameter PVC pipe in the ground with a visible wooden cap. The contents at the time of placement were a log book and pen, and an assortment of area souvenirs. Take an object only if replaced by an object. Please place wooden lid on securely, and place contents in Zip Lock bags to prevent moisture damage.
