We love the oaks at Stoneman Lake and they hide this cache well. Put in a new trackable to start it's journey from this new cache.
A bright shinny gold dollar for the first to find.
We own a cabin at Stoneman Lake and often enjoy geocaching while we are there. We have hid some different caches in the area to help share the fun with others. We have seen this place every time we visit the lake and always have said “That would be a great place for a cache.” We finally hid one in this great location. It is very accessible from the road so we hope it is not disturbed by non-cachers. Please share in your experiences at the lake (dried up lake at times).
