Cache placed as part of the Paradise Geo-Fest event. Cache was the actual icebreaker cache for the event.


The coordinates do not take you to the actual cache. Instead, you must visit Wikipedia and answer some questions about Paradise.

Answer the following questions:

A. What was the median age of Paradise in 2011? Use the first digit.

B. Paradise is the starting point for an annual athletic race. Use the first number in its name.

C. In 2006, the area of Paradise was ____. Use the last digit.

D. In the 2009 municipal election, how many candidates ran for mayor?

E. What was the population of Paradise in 2011? Use the second digit.


F. In what year did Diane Whalen (former mayor of Paradise) enter provincial politics? Add all the digits together.

G. Find the year that Arch Janes created the town crest. Add all of the numbers together to get a two-digit number. Now, using the new two-digit number, subtract the first digit from the second.

H. How old was Kurtis Coombs in the 2009 municipal election? Add the two digits together. Use the second digit of the resulting number.
