Geocache Description:

Scenic bridge in Paint Valley. Easy pull-off on the northwest side of the bridge. No houses near enough to notice much.

Even though Amish generally eschew modern technology and motorized vehicles, the bulldozer business on this road was started by an Amish man (Paint Valley Equipment, located just south of the cache). With so many common first names for Amish males, they often combine a person's job or physical appearance into a name that distinguishes them. For example, a man named John who has red hair may be known as "Red John." The owner of the bulldozer place was named Levi, and he was known as "Bull Levi" for his ownership of the business.

Be sure to check out the Indian burial mound in the pasture about 100 yards to the northeast. GPS may be a bit bouncy in this area.
