A CACHE FOR A RAINY DAY

Help! I've been moved from my 'counter' and changed format - 'can you find me'

I used to live on the 'counter' for nearly 4 years and only got visited 38 times and 4 could not find me. It seems things have changed now, I am a different size also a real challenge to find.
I have a puzzle cache who has moved as well, which used to be very near here.
Things never stay the same for very long. The March of Progress arrived one day plucking me off the 'counter' and changing my format then putting me in somewhere new for you to find. Remember you can't find me on a Sunday or Bank holiday but I am here until (7.00pm) on a Tues-Thurs-Friday and before 12.30 on a Saturday.
