So here we are, Gamer Son and Gamer Dad, parked at the listed parking coordinates for some caches along this canal, when we noticed all these cool climbing rocks nearby. As we're climbing the rocks and exploring the area immediately around them, we hear the frequent sounds of gunfire in the distance. We figured the shooting range is far enough away that the only thing we are risking is the sounds of the shots. But then, all of a sudden, VZZZZZZZ!! A bullet whizzes right by Gamer Dad's ear, carves a mini-trench through one of the rocks, and lodges itself right into the stone, just like a modern-day version of Excalibur!! Gamer Dad wanted to get out of there right away, but Gamer Son thought it was just "toooooo cooooooool" (thanks, kid. Never mind my nearly Van Gogh'ed ear...). But, try as he might, he couldn't find where the bullet lodged.
Can you?

P. S. If you come for this cache and want to get others, go for GC184AG and GC257BN as well, along the canal...both are near each other and are a great hike or a great bike ride to get to them! Also in the area is the more challenging but fun-to-get-to GC2621R.
P. P. S. Difficulty rating is based on use of the "additional hint". For those who want to first attempt the cache without the "additional hint", add another star onto the difficulty level.
P. P. P. S. Please do NOT replace this cache if you cannot find it. It is probably still there.
P. P. P. P. S. One more thing...the above story is fictitious (don't want anyone scared they'll get shot while geocaching!) ![](/images/icons/icon_smile_wink.gif)
