This is one in a series of caches entitled "Take a Hike" that was placed by The Lynch Three between 2011-2012. There are no puzzles, no hard multi's, or no challenging hides in this series; instead, what they share in common is a good hike in the woods, enjoyable in any season.
The Lynch Three has been retired from caching for a while now, so I adopted some of this series so that others could have the same experience of taking a great hike like I once did!
Ward Reservation is one of my favorite places. Since my friend introduced me to it, I found my first Geocache here and come here often. In fact, this cache was my thired cache find!
(The Lynch Three, 2011): The Ward Reservation has always been one of my favorite places to hike, run, and snowshoe, and this cache will let you see a few of the trails. The cache is also winter friendly, and this could be a nice cross country ski outing as well. I know the cache looks close to Rte. 125 on the map, but there is a giant swamp in the way.... so park at the Ward lot at the end of Prospect Street, and enjoy your hike!
