Geocache Description:

This cache is hidden at the "Friendship Park" which is a tribute to Washoe (the first non-human to acquire a human language).

Washoe lived right here in Ellensburg, WA at the Chimposium located on the Central Washington University campus. Check out the following website for more information about this incredible primate: http://www.washoebronzestatue.org/

Relatively easy find, but a high muggle area. Terrain rating is a 1.5 as it may be too long of a reach for a cacher in wheels, and it may be a tight squeeze.

The container is sized between a micro and a small, probably about a 4oz size container.

Enjoy our Historic Downtown Ellensburg!
