Close by high muggle area. A little walking involved, watch your step. What you're looking for is small and just off the ground. Log only.

Park and look for the path the rain would take, down the hill and through the brush a clearing is what you seek. Look around for a baby of its kind, beware for it guardian is full of thorns.
