Located in the vicinity of the local water tower at the end of a dirt road (Wombat Way) adjacent the Shoalhaven River.
I have seen Norkmeister and Tankengine's comments...in actual fact the watertower is on Commonwealth land and the small parcel of land you cross to get to the tower is part of Wombatflat.....it does not belong to the gentleman mentioned in Norkmeister's log...I presumethis chap is from the run down house across the other side (to the south)of Boggy Creek. He is known to be less than friendly (see the comments further down) and has indeed attempted to stop me from accessing my own property! Should he approach cachers in future I recommend you just say that you are there as guests of the guys at Wombatflat. He will leave you alone as he knows to whom the land belongs!

The cache is a water pipe sealed at one end with a screw top at the other. Some good swaps....First to find will appreciate the choice available. When in location don't be fooled by the many obvious hiding spots.
When you are down by the river if you are quiet and visiting around sunrise or sunset you may be lucky enough to see one of the platypus families that inhabit this part of the Shoalhaven River.
Please don't enter any gates along the access road (wombat Way), some of the neighbours (to the South and mentioned by Tankengine and Norkmeister) will not be as appreciative of cachers as we are at Wombat Flat...the property to the north of the access road.
Enjoy the local ara - and remember to be quiet enough to possibly see a platypus.....We see them all the time!
