Geocache Description:

Here is a complex facility named Plaza West. This area contains Saitama City's Sakura Ward Office, Sakura Hall (the concert hall), a restaurant and so on.
I hid a cache near the entrance of this area. The container is a small Tupperware.
Shuttle bus is operated from JR Minami-yono Station or Kita-urawa Station (either bound for "Saitama Univ." and get off last stop), then walk on foot about 20 minutes.
Parking lots are free for 3 hours.

ここはさいたま市桜区にあるプラザウエストです。施設内には桜区役所とさくらホール、レストランなどがあり、休日には各種の催し物も開かれますが、アクセスが不便なのがタマに傷ですね。
クルマは3時間まで無料の駐車場があります。路線バスについては上記リンクをご覧ください。キャッシュは小型のタッパーです。
