This is our first geocache. It's a simple multicache, but is in a bit of rough terrain.
This area is under development, but still has a bit of wildlife trapped between two sub-divisions. Deer have been seen most times of the year, so be quiet and you might get lucky.
I've hidden this cache in a way that should survive the construction that is going on around this area, but will disable for periods of time if necessary.
THE FIRST STAGE IS VIRTUAL, DO NOT MESS WITH THE MAILBOX.
The final is offset from the published coords by South 0.0{# of units * 5 + largest numbered box} minutes and West 0.0{# of units * 5 + box number right under outgoing mail slot} minutes.
The cache originally contained various kid tradeables.
