Basic GPS/Geocaching class will be geared towards the very new beginner cachers. Teaching how to use your gps and how to cache with your gps.
If you have a gps, please bring it along with your computer hook-up cord and operator’s manual. We will teach you how to use your gps and how to start Geocaching with it. There will be several temporary caches hidden for you to find.
NOTES:
1) Registration is not required, but please consider entering an "I will attend" log if you plan to attend so we have an idea of how many we might expect.
2) In case of bad weather and The Wilderness Center closing, we will try to notify the cachers that are registered.
3) Coffee and donuts will be provided.
