A cache in the top of Paneio Mt (about 600m), or locally known as Keratovouni (means Horn Mountain. Nearest city and start of the uphill trip is Keratea. From ther you can drive very close via a nice uphill windy asphalt trip and admire the view of south Attica.
Keratovouni is a place well known to road cyclists because it is a nice and quite uphill route. In one of my training sessions i decided to place the cache.
Going up the road you enter the abandonned army field and you enjoy the most caml mountain near athens.
The cache is a round cylindrical plastic container warped in a ziptie bag, and out of that a plastic supermarket bag.
In the cache there are:
LogBook, 2 First to find certificates one for the first Greek and one for the first non-Greek, 2 pens (not to be taken). All the above in a waterproof plastic container
Also for trading: Travel Bug taken from the Runner to go to Canada, a green pen from Brest, paper Tissues, keychain compass, brown duct tape, 2 small dices, referee whistle.
Finally there is a gift for the first to go there on bike, which is a camping set of spoon/fork.
