Congrats to Robert04 on being FTF!

SOME THINGS TO REMEMBER WHILE DOING THIS SERIES

  • These are in the edge of the woods; home to many animals, poisonous snakes, mosquito’s, ticks and chiggers. Please plan accordingly and take precautions.
  • These caches are along a main highway. So if caching with the kids or groups be very mindful at all times of their location. Please be very careful.
  • Make sure you have plenty of water and snacks.
  • Carry out what you take in, don’t leave anything behind.
  • The roads can be busy at times, so be very careful.
  • We had good cell phone and satellite coverage, your results may vary.
  • Most important of all --> Have fun! <--

This series is on Hwy 27, between Crystal Springs and Georgetown.

All of the caches are located on the south/west side of Hwy 27 near easy pull-off areas.

Geocaching brings us up close and personal with critters – crawling, flying, slithering, running, jumping, etc. Whether we are in an urban setting or on a deserted country road, we are always watchful for what may be hidden behind a bush or tree, under a rock, or even in the cache container. This series is dedicated to all the critters we have encountered in our geocaching adventures. As you log your find online, feel free to share a story about any of your memorable critters.
