Just off Welham Lane, it is well placed to be done in a circular walk with "'Nnoyed 2 (GC27ACB)", "This Micro Can See Leics & Northants - 2nd Attempt (GC27F5T)" and "Boxed In" and "Model Planes Peeping", the walk itself taking perhaps 30 mins maximum. There is plenty of parking on Welham Lane, which is very popular with walkers and cyclists (though I think it might be a bit of a lover's lane in the dark of evening too - beware!!).
This cache replaces my original "Tried by Tree" (GC27F6T) at slightly different coords, which was archived due to that tree being destroyed. That cache was devilishly hard to find, this one is easier... shame!
You're looking for a APS film container (APS, if you're not aware, was another film format to 35mm, and the containers were a similar size if slightly different shape!).
**There is no need to climb the tree at all, I promise!! (unless you're short, in which case, stand on something! **
NO PEN!!!! Bring your own.
Please return the cache to it's precise location, camouflaged as found (or better ;-)
(P.S. The field is full of sheep usually, and in spring please be mindful of lambs and mothers. Therefore, I would not recommend taking dogs in to the field).
