Geocache Description:

The slope was called Shusse-zaka. “Shusse” means "to achieve a successful carrier" and “-zaka” means slope. When high school "Kushiro Chugaku" (now Kushiro Koryo high school), was established at Fujimi-cho, Kushiro, many ambitious boys walked up this slope to the school. Then this slope was called Shusse-zaka.
