A Slice and the Froggies 2012 Event Cache

For those who participated last year, you will see three changes. The area of
consideration will be expanded to include Santa Fe and the event day voting will
be on paper ballots. The Corker system of bean counting did not work well in
this venue. We will also be limiting caches to those which were placed during
2011 In December, we welcome suggestions for categories and nominees. These can
be emailed to us or posted on nmgeocaching.com on the thread "Froggies 2012" in
the events section. If you have an idea for a creative cache but haven't done
anything about it, this is the time for you to get it out there. Caches must be
active and can be anywhere from Valencia County to Santa Fe, Outer Rio Rancho to
the east mountains In January, we hope you will visit as many nominated caches
as possible so that your voting is informed. Keep the suggestions coming. Mid
February, a poll will be set up and the top three finishers in each category
will be on the ballot for the attendees at the event Last year's winners are not
eligible for a repeat PLease put this on your watchlist as it will be updated.
We meet at Mario's around 5pm. The end time is flexible but you'll be nudged if
you start to snore.
