Geocache Description:

When: Tues Nov 15th at 6:30 pm
Where: Gio's Brick Oven Pizzeria
3 Turkey Hills Rd
East Granby, CT 06026

Hopefully everyone will have somewhat recovered from the effects of the Halloween cancelling ice storm. We originally planned this Nite Out for the 8th but decided to move it to the 15th. We just got our power back early Sunday evening.

We have a room to ourselves where we can eat and meet. We can also spill over into the rest of the restaurant and bar area. Gio's is easy to get to. Take Exit 40 off of I-91 and follow Rte 20 past Bradley Airport to East Granby.

The Central CT Cacher's Nite Out is an evening gathering for caching enthusiasts, generally on the second Tuesday of every month held in varying locations each month. Mark your calendars now! Everyone is welcome to attend...you don't have to reside in CT, and you certainly don't have to be an experienced cacher… new folks are most welcome! Let us know if this is your first event as we'd like to get acquainted. This event features new or rotating hosts every month. If you have an interest in hosting, please contact Katydid & Miles Stone. As host, you'll select a location; get the coordinates; and copy and paste the event page and resubmit. There are a numbers of places in the area to enjoy good food and drinks. Locations should be kid friendly, have no admission fee and be within the Central Connecticut/Greater Hartford area. Cachers from outside of the area are also encouraged to host, but we do ask that the event itself be held in the Central Connecticut area.
