I noticed too many bottles in the Preserve (they say from the New River). AND, u guessed it; i put on my boots, JUMPED OVER THE RAIL and sloshed around doing a little CITO.
Oh yeah, I Placed a cache here.
Gave this a 3/3 because you have to walk through the park to get to the boardwalk that leads to ... the discovery.
