This cache was placed an awesome group of kids. You are looking for a 9X6X4 lock and lock filled with kid friendly swag. Perfect for a family caching together! This spot might be very busy at times. Please replace as found.

This cache was placed by a great bunch of 1st to 5th kids who were in the second Light Company Geocaching Class! The kids are excited to see how many people look for their cache. Please hide it well and be a courteous cacher.
This church offers an after school program called Light Company on Wednesdays for kids in the 1st through 5th grade. The kids can choose different six week elective classes on various subjects taught by adult volunteers. Once again I ended up having more fun than they did! It was great interacting with the kids and watching them discover a new hobby.
During our class time we discussed the basics of caching like how GPSRs work, the different types of caches & how to search for a cache. Then we put those lessons to use by finding caches I had hidden around the church property. I used cheap glad ware containers filled with candy and set them up just like real caches. The kids sometimes wandered around a bit while learning to use the GPSr but they really did get the hang of it.
Since this is a church please be respectful and don't search for this cache during the Saturday evening/Sunday morning services.
