cameracowgirl: Archiving for safety reasons. [:(] In spite of my own repeated efforts to personally CITO this area, people continue to dump here--including bio-hazardous items. It is now beyond the scope of my abilities. Normally when a piece of land that is owned by the Ministry of Highways has a problem that is this severe they clean it up themselves, since they are the experts at handling bio-hazardous materials. Sadly, they have been negligent and done nothing since before this cache was placed. It is no longer safe for cachers to search here, or participate in a CITO event in this area.
