Chelsea Park is a nice little area located behind the Allwood branch of the Clifton Public Library.
As a teenager I played a lot of pick-up football, street hockey, and tennis here. It is a nice little park where workers from the nearby businesses on Brighton Road sometimes spends their lunch hour here in nicer weather. There is also a playground for younger kids.
Saw this park didn't have a cache so decided to put one here.
Bring your own pen. Can have muggles about so you may need to use some stealth.
