a nice cache just off the great Clarkson recreation trails where we often take or Great Danes, McKenzie and Kayne, to run during hunting season.
This cache is located just off one of the trails in the Clarkson University recreation trail system. There is a basic loop, and if you take a right or left at the fork you hit a few hundred yards in, it doesn't matter. There is a network of wide trails for walking and X-C skiing, and some easy to moderate trails for mountain biking.
This cache is located near some single track, but stay on the main, wider trail until you get near the cache.
There are often a number of people and dogs around - mountain bikers and walkers in spring, summer, and fall, and X-C skiers and snowshoers in winter. To go to the catch and back to your car is about 1.75 miles of Fairly easy walking, skiing, or Mountain biking.
To park, go around the big blue water tower.
