Geocache Description:

A circular walk to solve number clues leading to the waypoint of where the cache is hidden. The walk is set around the old market town of Ashby de la Zouch and is suitable for pushchairs that can cross parkland. The cache is a small plastic box and suitable for children’s swaps and trackables. There is a nice picnic and games area in the Bath Grounds about half way round.

WALK DE LA ZOUCH This waypoint is for the start of this multi, from which you start your circular walk around the market town of Ashby de la Zouch. You need to solve a number of clues along your walk to discover the waypoint for the hidden cache. N 52 o A B . C D E N 52 o __ __ . __ __ __ W 001o F G . H I J W 001o __ __ . __ __ __

UNFORTUNATELY THE AREA THE CACHE HAS BEEN HIDDEN FOR THE LAST 11 YEARS HAS BECOME WATERLOGUED. SO WHEN YOU HAVE THE CORRECT FINAL COORDINATES WORKED OUT GO TO THE CACHE AREA THEN FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS. IT IS NOT ON THE ROAD SIDE OF THE HEDGE. GO THROUGH THE GATE A BIT FURTHER DOWN AND GO INTO THE FIELD. THEN GO BACK TO THE COORDINATES AGAIN. WITH YOUR BACK TO THE HEDGE THERE IS A WOODEN FENCE ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE OF THE FIELD. FIND THE ELEVENTH FENCE POST AND SEARCH HERE.

Good luck. This is our first cache if you have any helpful comments let us know. If you enjoyed this cache try looking for our second cache WALK DE LA ASHBY cache which is also nearby.
