This is a cache placed to help with challenge caches, we all need to find a few more with "Buddy" and "Friend" in the name! Thanks Penny.
No matter how tempting it may be, do not stop on the freeway!!! Stopping on the freeway is illegal and stopping HERE is just asking for trouble. The best access is from the frontage road. Using the frontage road will prevent legal troubles and also will eliminate the need to climb a fence.
Stay out of washes when storms are coming in. A storm far to the north could come down this wash very quickly. Small container B.Y.O.P.
