The bollin valley public access land on the (E) tytherington side of the railway line has some nice paths and good views. Paths are in good condition although can be narrow and uneven in places.
Car parking can be had at the riverside valley park off beechwood mews SK10 2SL, take the path up the steep steps next to the railway viaduct, from there follow the path through some woods and then into the open space.
This small cache is a four clip lock box with space for tokens etc. Where the path forks, with one path decending towards the pond, there is bush covering an old fallen tree.
