Geocache Description:


At the beginning of 2011 some strange person decided to post a challenge to find a cache on every calendar day of the month. Most would accept that and go for it. But not our friend EJ, he decided he was going to do it in consecutive days. On 12/30/11, he will have found a cache a day for 365 days.

I know we don't really need a reason to get cachers together, but let's celebrate his great achievement. And all of our own personal milestones achieved throughout this year.

When asked what was the hardest part of completing this self-imposed journey, EJ says it was the temptation to go for more than one cache during the week days. He had to keep some close to home as the area to find a unfound cache continued to grow.

So come on out and let's celebrate. We'll start at 10:00am. To keep it manageable, I'm asking everyone to bring something yummy to eat. And of course your own personal accomplishment to share with everyone.

And just in case you needed an added incentive, there will be a preview of some of the possible challenges that will be presented at the Geo X-treme race on 1/21/12.
