Geocache Description:

Meet at 11:am for overview of days events that include presentation of historic themed geocaches of the area.
Mission of historic themed Travel Bugs, etc.

Purpose is to not only bring more awareness to local heritage by using history as a theme for geocaching but also introduce more people to the fun hobby of geocaching.

Special travel bugs with historical themes will be
released on this Presidents Day. A special treasure map
of history themed geocaches. There will be a thread
of postings at the Groundspeak forums discussing this event before, during and after.

Picnic benches, barbecues, bathrooms, pavillion and refreshments available. Other geocachers welcome to share
their ideals such as clean ups etc,
