The cache is placed not far from the road, close to the stream and above ground level, at some 1073 m alt.
Polistoaca is a small stream of water that flows in to the Prahova river. You can take a walk from Predeal close to the ski track through this valley and reach Cioplea or you can go farther to Cabana Susai / Piatra Mare or Azuga
