Micro-cache along a low traveled gravel county road.
Nearly the entire area around Dugger has been mined for coal. This area is where a large surface mine passed through until it shut down in 1999. Ten years later a new operation began mining. Even with the new activity deer, turkey, and other wildlife is still common.
Cache is hidden along a low-traveled gravel county road. Terrain rating is based on the rough roads leading to the cache, and this road can get especially soggy during rain. Cache is a small bison-tube with a magnet to help secure it and is not near any flowing water. Bring your own pencil and please re-hide in the same spot as good or better than found.
CAUTION: Active mine haul roads cross the public roads in this area; watch for heavy equipment traffic and obey all posted property signs!
