KFC: Dinosaur Train, Buddy Tyrannosaurus Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Sapience Trek: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Major Fossil Finds: USA (in Montana, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming), Canada (Alberta and Saskatchewan), and East Asia (Mongolia).

There is a laminated Tyrannosaurs Rex field guide card in the cache. Feel free to take a look but please leave this in the cache.

It is time to be teaching the young ones how to cache. I'm starting a series of KFC's to help families with young cachers catch the bug.

My definition of Kid Friendly Cache is:

  • Close to a playground
  • Less than a .2 mile hike
  • Kid Friendly Terrain
  • Kid Findable
  • Room for toys to trade

The cache is a medium sized lock-in-lock container. There is a lammy for the FTF and a Buddy Tyrannosauraus figure and a first kid to find lammy for the first kid to find (kid means elementary school or younger). Please leave this prize in the cache for the first kid to come out and find the cache.
