Geocache Description:

The building near the cache is the first skyscraper in Shinjuku.

After the building was made in 1971, it was the highest building in Japan for three years.

GPS signal is unstable, please use Google Maps.

京王プラザビルは1971年に完成した、現在ではたくさんのビルが建ち並ぶ新宿で始めての高層ビルです。
1974年に新宿住友ビルに抜かれるまでは日本一の高さを誇っていました。
当時47階に設けられた有料展望台には連日行列ができたそうです。

場所柄GPSは不安定ですのでGoogleマップの使用をお勧めします。
