You may not realize this, but Carmichael Road in Hudson was named after international spy CHARLES CARMICHAEL.
As in all of Chuck's adventures, this adventure is "Vs." something. However, this can mean that there is simply a contrast or interaction with the object, not necessarily actual conflict. When in Hudson, there is quite often geo-interaction with hydrants. This cache is not on one. It is simply in a town full of them.
The cache is quite close to his tribute road. Take the Albert Street exit, then turn onto the on-ramp back to the tribute road to find the parking coordinates. Even though Chuck is now a real spy and no longer needs to stay in the car, he would not need to stray too far to catch this one.
The cache faces the lightly used on-ramp vs the tribute road, so only Chuck-like pseudo-stealth is required.
The original contents of this cache include a TB of another international spy, Kim Possible! and a Lego ninja figure to build.
Remember...when they ask you at work where you were as you sought this cache, you tell them, "I was out on an install."
