Geocache Description:

ABOUT THE SERIES:
  • These "Puzzler" challenge caches get progressively harder to achieve. The first (2.5% at 250) isn't terribly difficult. The last (10% at 1000+) is admitedly very difficult. I've met people who qualify at over 10k but that is REALLY hard.
  • Typically, challenge caches are at a fixed location. Since this is about puzzles, I deviated from that norm. Each puzzle is meant to be easy. If you have any difficulty with the puzzles, let me know.
  • Each hide should be pretty straightforward. The Difficulty rating of these caches represents the difficulty in qualifying.

To qualify for this cache, you need to have achieved at least a 2.5% "Unknown Cache" find rate after having found at least 250 total caches (all types inclusive). You can see this by looking at your statistics page.

Below is a capture of relevant portion of my statistics page:

You'll notice that at the time of this screenshot, I had an 11.48% find rate on Unknown caches over 1002 finds (115 / .1148). Please post a screenshot of your statistics as proof of attaining the goal. I recommend a screenshot because a link to your stats may look invalid if your puzzle find percentage drops in the future.

If you find this cache before attaining the goal, feel free to write a NOTE. After you attain the goal, you can then log a FOUND entry.

I placed this cache opportunistically - I had containers with me, but no cash. That means no FTF prize. Sorry!

PLEASE NOTE: This cache is located on State Trust Land. The State Land Department has no problem with this activity, but ask that participants know the following: A Recreation Permit is required to legally access State Trust Land. These permits are easily obtained by phoning (602) 364-ASLD.Remember to stay on established roads and avoid any destruction of the natural resources.
