Park on Wilson St. Walk to the train tracks; only crossing the tracks is necessary; walking the tracks is not necessary, there is a path/access available to approach the cache area. Stop, Look and Listen before crossing. Use bug spray and watch for poison plants and wild animals.
The scientists of The Nature Conservancy with their work staff and volunteers have planted 46 acres of fields with fruit-bearing native plants to feed and make a habitat for migratory birds, butterflies, and moths. Follow the mowed path to the wet lands where you will find the Osprey nest. Look for a 2.5 cup lock and lock filled with birds and sea-life toys, and some interesting info.
