Geocache Description:

I read an article the other day on Yahoo about the upcomming centennial and the new license plate available (which I have!) and how the plates have changed over the decades and I found it to be a pretty cool idea for a cache! I'll tell you now, don't bother searching that article for help with this puzzle, I didn't use any of the images from it!

NOTE: THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE ABOVE COORDINATES!

This puzzle has two steps. Your first task is to figure out what decade each license plate came from. Now just so you know, every decade had multiple styles of plates, but each of these is unique to its particular decade. You don't need to find the exact year, just the decade (and yes, I've blacked out any dates that can help!). There are plates representing the 1910's, 1920's, 1930's, 1940's, 1950's, 1960's, 1970's, 1980's, 1990's, 2000, and the Centenial.Once you have done this, answer the questions to determine the coord of the cache location!

The plates in the image are in no particular order.
