Geocache Description:


Two years after Troop 90 was formed, the first Eagle Scout was recognized for his completed project. The young man worked to clean up around and make improvements to a nearby Tuscaloosa Halfway House. The Phoenix House is the facility he helped; it is located just west of this cache location.
