BYOP to this cache I've always wanted to place. A micro and watch for traffic, there are a few trucks that come by. In the mean time, nice shoulder to pull over on. This is part of the Geo HoHoHo Christmas gathering cache set up for 2011 event.
If you look to the SE from the cache facing south you will see a flag pole. Below is a propeller. That propeller is part of the Richland Art collection. It used to agitate the waste that converts poo to drink?
It is the most neglected piece of art in the city of Richland, but here your are! Whoa, Party! A real poop propeller! You can drive up to it during business hours and touch it or put you tongue to it in the cold to see if it sticks!
Anyway they call it Art. What do you think?
