Geocache Description:

This is a puzzle cache, there is nothing at the posted coordinates. You must solve the Hidato puzzle in order to find the coordinates to the cache location.



Each Hidato puzzle starts with a grid partially filled with numbers. The goal is to fill the grid with consecutive numbers that connect horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.

Each puzzle has only one solution, and it can be solved using logic, there is no guesswork. The first and last numbers are highlighted in yellow. In solving the puzzle, it is not necessary to start from the first number, you can often start elsewhere and find fragments of connecting number sequences. By then moving up and down the number chain, you can fill in the rest of the grid.

When you get the grid filled in with the numbers 1 through 58, write down the numbers that you find in the following blocks, in the sequence listed: A3, B7, E5, G4, H3, A8, H8. Now remove the commas to create a 14 digit number, and enter that number into certitude as a keyword. If you have entered the correct number, you will be given the coordinates to the cache.






You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
