3boyzmom&dad: This cache was a nano cache, which is extremely small... but easy for an experienced geocacher. It was not hidden under the lamppost skirt, it was on the piece of angle iron near the lamppost. Checked on it many times due to DNFs and it was usually right in its spot. However, now it is gone so it will be archived. Thanks to all who searched. Happy caching.
