There are 5 floors in the building, one geocacher in each floor, including Harry, and including one who likes traditional caches.
1. Either the 27-years-old geocacher or the 35-years-old geocacher is living in 1st floor.
2. The 5th floor geocacher is younger than Gary.
3. The 23-years-old geocacher is Mary.
4. The geocacher in the 4th floor is younger than the geocacher who likes virtual caches.
5. The 5 people are the geocacher who likes puzzle caches, the 25-years-old one, Mary, the 2nd floor guy, and the geocacher who likes event caches.
6. The 27-years-old geocacher doesn’t live in the 2nd floor.
7. The geocacher who likes event caches lives in the 1st floor.
8. Of Terry and the geocacher who likes puzzle caches, one lives in the 1st floor and the other is 42 years old.
9. The geocacher who likes multi caches is older than Sherry.
10. The geocacher in the 2nd floor is not Gary.

D - the sum of the digits of the puzzle lover's age
E - the floor of the geocacher who prefers virtuals + Sherry's floor
F - the oldest's floor
G - sum of Gary's age digits minus the traditional lover's floor
The cache is at N 32° 04.ABC E 034° 4D.EFG .
*** On Feb. 8, 2014 I had to move the cache: subtract 27 from ABC and 7 from EFG to get to the new coordinates.
