I entertained this idea about three years ago as a payback cache
for a flurry of tough "Radical" puzzle caches that came out around
then. I decided against it at the time, not being one to make tough
puzzle caches, though I've had it rattling around in the back of my
mind as a Bell puzzle idea if I ever got it. I finally did, so here
you go.
