One wintry day, we set out to explore a portion of the new
Crystal Hills Trail which is part of the Great Eastern Trail and a
branch of the Finger Lakes Trail. We were thinking about crystals
and - as soon as we saw the quality of the trail - caches.
We decided to place an easy 1.5/1.5 cache, the commonest type
there is, and call it Quartz, the commonest crystal. So here you
are, an easy level walk on a trail to a 30 caliber ammo can stuffed
with four quartz of loot that we have collected on our caching
adventures in NY, PA, New England, and Canada. Please be prepared
to trade fair.
This cache is NOT available if there is significant snow on the
ground because there will be no safe place to park your car. Any
other time, park at N42 15.387 W077 06.640
Congratulations to jjjfishin for the FTF, sorry it took so long.
Happy New Year.
