BYOP and possibly an extraction tool..
One day when I was visiting a friend in HUMAN rehab nearby, we realized we were on the same property where we'd once placed a pair of rehabbed ducks. When we came back to check on the ones we'd named "Quacker" and "Qauckette", they'd nested in the pampas grass and had a few babies.
You are looking for a plastic container tethered to the obvious structure. Please replace as well as (or better) than found.
The area has been cleared of the pampas grass where our duck friends once made their home, btw...so following hints from prior finders (as of 5/15/14) won't really help much.
Prying eyes aren't really a concern but do watch out for the normal Texas cache guardians!
