Geocache Description:

This is the oldest cache in West Seattle, thanks for visiting.

Located in West Seattle near Riverview Park and the West Duwamish Greenbelt Walking Trails.

This is the original cache page information:

Jesse and Steval's first hide. It is located near the Pee Wee baseball fields where Steval played Pee Wee baseball as a child back in the 1970s (without the groovy long hair and big bell bottoms). The original contents of the red ammo box are sports-related and include a hockey puck, a Seattle Seahawks at Husky Stadium 1994 sun visor, a tennis ball, a racquetball (purple), a Seattle Thunderbirds Hockey 2001-2002 schedule, Sport Heat handwarmers, an 'I'd Rather be Fishing' Button, a Bugerville-USA bicycle reflector, a camera that remains in the cache (but feel free to take a picture of your group), and the SuperJock travel bug.

Here's the cache page information contributed by Nolenator, the previous caretaker of this cache:

04/13/07 From the nice folks at Groundspeak: This is a unique case. Per the policy we do not adopt caches when the cacher is still active on the site. He signed in last month. ...this adoption was a one of a kind exception to the adoption policy. Several people attemted to contact the orignal cache owners but were unsuccessful. Pee Wee was my first cache find and I am more than eager to make sure it survives. Peace, Nolenator
