The name of this cache was created after several experiences I have had this fall of finding a cache and soon having a conversation with the property owner who did not give permission for placement and would like the container removed. These locations have included very rural roads and also urban businesses. One security guard stated he was instructed to turn in license plates of trespassers to the local police. Luckily my friends have not had to post bail (yet....). Being discovered by an upset property owner is not a fun experience and puts a real damper on the caching day. Hoping to raise awareness of the importance of asking for permission before placing a cache.
Permission for placement of this cache was granted by Homer Township Fire Chief.
