Stealth requirements are so high that early morning is the only safe time. And to me that is not good enough. Before, if you knew where the cache was you gould grab it with slowing down your walk past. Now you have to climb on the back and get on your hands an knees. And there is no reason for someone to be on hte bank to start with.
