Along with lamp posts and newspaper racks, these ubiquitous city structures have played unwilling host to countless urban caches. With limited surface area, it's a challenge to increase the difficulty level of a hide. Let's start with not divulging the size of the cache. Will you need your magnifying glass for this one? I guess you'll need to find out!

12/31/11 Update:
The original cache lasted one short day (sniffle, sniffle). The new one is *not* green, nor is it attached to a green device. However, it is just a stone's throw away from a green device.
