If you look up the word muzzle in the dictionary, there are 6 different meanings to the word, but none that describe the title of this cache. Sniglet is a neologism, popularized by comedian/actor Rich Hall during his tenure on the 1980s HBO comedy series Not Necessarily the News (wikipedia).
Therefore, I have created my new definition of muzzle to be a multi-puzzle or is that multiple puzzles or a puzzling multi?. Yep,we have all encountered them before, but this one just defines it as such.

Figure this out to bring you to a nice place to park
and you can use the checker to make sure of your answer
before leaving the house.
Once you are at the parking spot, look for a set of numbers.
From top to bottom, the first number = A, the second =B, the third = C, the fourth = D, etc.
Ignore any letters in this sequence.
Plug your numbers in to this formula for the next stage:
AA.ABF
(F-1)B.(C-1)(C-B)D
